Welcome to Coding AI Education Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://coding.aieduacademy.com (the “Site”) and all associated services, courses, tools, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Site or Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site or Services. Parents or guardians of users aged 13–17 must review and consent to these Terms on their behalf.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@coding.aieduacademy.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including course materials, videos, code examples, text, graphics, logos, software, and design—is the exclusive property of Coding AI Education Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s servers or networks; (c) upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) harvest or collect personal data from other users; or (f) engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or harms our reputation or users.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Some Services require payment. All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific course or program policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice via email or Site announcement. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers; we do not store full credit card details.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms users, systems, or our operations. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OF THE SITE. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODING AI EDUCATION ACADEMY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
